Mike began his career with Citco-Quaker Fund Services in Malvern , PA , as a Shareholder Services Representative where he gained insight and experience in the financial industry. He then worked as an Implementation Support Specialist for Gcom2Solutions in Aston , PA.   Mike was placed at Implementation Support Specialist through the efforts of a recruiter, and this experience motivated him to pursue a career as a recruiter.

In 2005 Mike joined QUAD656. Having once been a job-seeker, Mike understands the necessity of feedback and follow-up with candidates. Mike, along with his QUAD team colleagues, understands that it is also critical to match the right candidate with the right job.  Mike's committment to a positive placement, as well as his ability to build relationships, contributes to his success in the placement of candidates.
