Shelley has over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry. After college Shelley went to NYC and worked for one of the largest staffing companies in NYC. After learning the business she opened her own agency called VanClief Personnel Systems, where for 17 years her company provided temporary and permanent staffing solutions to the Wall Street community.

Shelley then worked for Robert Half International staffing firm for 8 years where she was a Regional Manager overseeing Permanent and Temporary divisions for approximately 20 offices. She was selected by the COO to be a National Trainer and went on to become one of the top 5 Recruiters worldwide specializing in Accounting and Finance staffing.

Shelley joined QUAD656 in 2003 where her unparalleled experience and talent helped QUAD656 experience tremendous success.

Shelley's success stems from her passion for the staffing profession and her unique ability to bring people together. She truly enjoys developing relationships with clients and candidates and has seen the rewards that stem from those relationships.  

Awards: Shelley was the recipient of the President's Club and Chairman's Club awards while employed at Robert Half International. Since joining QUAD656, Shelley has been recognized as the Consultant of the Year in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.

Education: BS degree in Sociology, Minor in Psychology, Skidmore College, 1978. Certificate in Social Work.
