Sheila began her career with a Big 4 International Accounting firm, PriceWaterhouseCoopers. In 1991, she joined Cigna in Accounting and Auditing until she started her recruiting career in 1994 with a national staffing firm. Her success in the recruiting industry is a result of her ability to develop strong relationships with the decision makers of many top companies in the tri-state area.

Awards: Sheila was awarded the national "Rookie of the Year” Award in 1995 and the "Circle of Excellence" Award each year thereafter. Sheila has consistently ranked among the top 5 producers in the nation.
