Randi began
her career at Arthur Andersen, an International Accounting firm,
where she worked in Tax. Randi obtained her CPA and left Arthur
Andersen as a Tax Manager to pursue her career in recruiting.
Randi began
her recruiting career in 1986 for a Philadelphia staffing firm and
in 1993, joined a national staffing firm. Randi has had tremendous
success in working with companies to understand their specific hiring
needs in order to bring them the talent that fits.
Awards: Randi was awarded
“Consultant of the Year” three times and has consistently
ranked among the Top 5 in the nation.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (1979) and an
