Patti began her career at Deloitte & Touche, an International Accounting firm, where she made her way through the Accounting, Audit, and Tax departments as a Senior Accountant.

Patti transitioned into the recruiting profession in 1995 when she joined a national staffing firm where she spent six years developing the skills that helped lay the foundation that QUAD656 is built upon. Patti has had tremendous success in working with companies to understand their specific hiring needs in order to bring them the talent that fits.

Awards: Patti was awarded the national "Rookie of the Year” Award in 1996 and the "Circle of Excellence" Award each year thereafter. Patti has consistently ranked among the top 5 producers in the nation.
