Bill joined QUAD in 2005 after beginning his career as a financial advisor with The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America in 2003.  With the Guardian, he worked closely with CPA firms and focused his individual practice on accounting and finance professionals.  His experience in the financial industry gives him valuable insights into the true opportunities and challenges that the job market holds for candidates and clients alike.  He has a natural ability to interact and communicate effectively with people of all professional levels.
