  QUAD656 INTRODUCES NEW SALES DIVISION

Wayne, PA – April 2010 – QUAD656 is pleased to introduce its new Sales Division.

Managing the Sales Recruitment Practice will be Jeffrey Trolley, who brings 19 years of sales experience to QUAD656.  Since 2004, his concentration has been talent management focused on sales professionals with exactly the right qualifications and experience—to match each of our Clients' sales and business development roles.

“For years we have been assisting our clients with their hiring needs -- Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Insurance, Administrative, Engineering, IT and ERP.  We realized there was a void that we weren't attending to—driving revenue for our clients.  We have a strong desire to partner with our clients in order to increase their top line revenue, and thus their bottom line. This need for top quality sales professionals inspired us to add a Sales Division, and we are delighted that Jeff has joined the QUAD team.  We are anxious to build out or improve our clients' sales and business development teams,” said QUAD656 Partner, Patti Zajick.  “With the addition of this new team, our clients will benefit from our pipeline of sales talent in the Clinical, Technology, Medical Device, Financial, Manufacturing, and Service markets.”

After beginning his career in a financial role at a publishing company, Jeff followed his passion for sales and working directly with clients.  He made a successful leap into consulting and for the next nine years, worked with large financial organizations as well as individual clients, consulting with them on a wide variety of financial matters. Prior to transitioning to the recruitment industry six years ago, Jeff started his own Sales & Marketing consulting firm, which further enhanced his business savvy.
